Circles of Change Training
Once a group proposes a training tailored to its needs, this new Circles of Change group will come together weekly for a minimum of six months to develop skills in teaching, collaboration and leadership.
A typical training program includes six months of weekly one- to two-hour Reflection Circles. Three Open Space meetings are also held during that six months, each of them lasting four to six hours. One six-month session trains between 20 and 25 people. A practitioner works with participants to develop themes for their Open Space meetings relevant to their concerns and passions.
