Both Sides of the Divide

Beyond Borders brings people together across the global economic divide through two unique programs. The Transformational Travel program provides a chance for groups from North America to visit Haiti for a week or two to serve by focusing on learning from and honoring Haiti’s people and their history. The Apprenticeship in Shared Living program provides a one- to two-year service learning opportunity for individuals in Haiti. Last year, 35 people participated in these programs. This year we anticipate doubling the number of participants.
