Beyond Borders Named One of the Most Democratic Workplaces

Beyond Borders was recently named one of the 52 most democratic workplaces in 2011 by WorldBlu - the fifth consecutive year we've been recognized for our democratic principles and practices.  We're committed to democracy, teamwork, and an organizational atmosphere that inspires people to succeed.  We're honored to be on the list again this year with such well-known organizations as Groupon, Hulu and WD-40 and with our sister organization Haiti Partners.  Beyond Borders will continue to do everything possible to make our organization one of the most democratic organizations in the world.
