Core Capacities

Beyond Borders works to develop and share these core capacities needed to advance movements in Haiti:

• Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop a system to measure impact and improve effectiveness of movements BB supports.
• Research & Learning: Access and leverage outside research and learning that will help us grow more effective.
• Strengthening Partnerships: Build partnerships with other organizations in Haiti as a means to exponentially increase our impact.
• Engaging the Haitian Government: Integrate the government of Haiti in our work to increase its responsiveness to the Haitian people.
• Models & Methods: Deepen our capacity to adapt, create, and replicate models and methods that support movements.
