Circles of Change
Haiti has suffered most of its history under the misrule of autocratic and violent leaders. While Haiti is making fitful progress toward democracy on the national level, the model of leadership in local institutions still tends to be extremely autocratic. This is especially problematic in schools where authoritarian teachers often squash opportunities for authentic learning.

Through Circles of Change, we promote a participatory model of learning and leadership. We offer hundreds of organizations and local leaders new tools to make their organizations more dynamic, participatory, and life-giving.
