Espas Ouvri se yon fason pou envite kreyativite ak inovasyon, kit se oganizasyon ou kote ou travay, kominote ou, legliz ou, antrepriz ou, nan fanmi ou, e menm pou lavi pesonel ou. We greet you with respect and wish to honor all that you’re doing to improve your communities and to encourage participation. We are pleased to invite you to join us for the 7th Annual Open Space on Open Space in Haiti:
Practicing Open Space:
How do we use Open Space to improve the effectiveness of our organizations?
When: June 27-29, 2008
We invite you to come for dinner on Thursday, June 26 at 5 pm. The meeting will finish following lunch on Sunday, June 29th.
Where: Villa Ormiso, Bizoton 53, #7 Carrefour
Villa Ormiso is a guesthouse with conference room and rooms to sleep more than 50 people. The grounds are spacious, comfortable and secure and there’s parking, wireless internet and a pool.
Open Space is way to invite creativity and innovation whether it’s at the workplace, in your church or community, in your family, and even in your personal life. Practicing Open Space encourages effectiveness and collaboration. This meeting will provide the opportunity for Open Space practitioners and others interested to learn from one another.
We will use the Open Space format for this meeting, which means that participants will create the program and engage in the small group discussions that interest them. Whether you’re an old-timer or newcomer to Open Space, we’re confident that you will find this gathering to be meaningful.
Costs
Non-Haiti residents: US$300 for registration, plus all meals and lodging. (Rooms are not private).
Haiti residents employed by private enterprise or international organizations: US$90 for registration and meals, US$45 extra for 3 nights lodging. Total for registration, meals and lodging: US$135
