Our purpose is to cultivate peace, self-determination and more democratic institutions.

Our vision is for Circles of Change practices to become as common in meetings, seminars, conferences, and classrooms as the use of podiums, flip charts, and chalkboards.

Our core strategy is to develop and nurture communities of Circles of Change practitioners who use these methods effectively with groups and institutions throughout Haiti.
